Acceptance and Applicability of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the k90 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old and are considered a resident of Bangladesh using this service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between k90 and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

  • K90 reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time.
Password and Security
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login information confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact k90 support immediately.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account.
Prohibited Activities
  • Hacking, manipulating, or abusing any platform system is strictly prohibited.
  • Bets or transactions made using bots or automated software are prohibited.
  • Using or attempting to access another user’s account is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
  • K90 may suspend or permanently close accounts without notice if Terms are violated.
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, balances may be confiscated.
  • Users may request account closure at any time.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms

All transactions on k90 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Approved mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used for deposits and withdrawals.

A minimum deposit amount applies and may change from time to time. Withdrawals require completed identity verification. k90 reserves the right to refuse large withdrawals without proper verification.

  • Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not allowed.
  • If suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity occurs, transactions will be immediately halted.
  • Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus and promotional funds.

  • If a transaction fails due to issues with the user’s own device or network.
  • In case of payment delays due to disruptions in third-party services.
  • If account information is leaked due to user negligence.
